Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    1. We are so confident that you will make money with EdgeHunters we offer a full refund for subscription fees paid by a subscriber within the first fourteen (14) days from the subscription start.
    2. To be eligible for a refund, the subscriber must request a refund within the specified fourteen (14) day period of your FIRST ever payment to us.
    3. Existing and returning subscribers who take out a new subscription with us are not eligible.
  2. Refund Request Procedure:
    1. To request a refund, the subscriber must simply send an email from your registered EdgeHunters email address and provide the necessary details, including the subscription details and the reason for the refund.
    2. Refund requests made after the fourteen (14) day period from the subscription start date will not be considered.
  3. Refund Processing:
    1. Once a refund request is received and deemed eligible, the Company will process the refund within a reasonable time frame.
    2. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
  4. Exceptions:
    1. The Company reserves the right to deny a refund if the subscriber fails to meet the eligibility criteria or if there is evidence of misuse or abuse of the subscription service.
    2. This refund policy does not apply to any additional products or services offered by the Company outside the subscription service.
  5. Modifications of the Policy:
    1. The Company reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on the Company's website.
